Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what treatment is best for me?
A bespoke service is applied to all treatments meaning we will discuss your needs during the consultation and together we will decide on the best treatment for you. Fees are charged by appointment, making it easier to combine treatments without the worry of rising costs. Should you wish to discuss things prior to making an appointment then we can chat via telephone or will be happy to organise a free 15 minute consultation in the clinic for you.

How much will it cost?
Fees are available when you click on a specific therapy and prices are the same for any 30, 45 or 60 minute treatment.

How long do I need to book?
Some initial discussion will take place when you book to guide you but a little extra time may be added to the first treatment for a full consultation. This is provided free of charge and you only pay for the treatment you receive.

Would I need to remove any clothing?
Only the area being worked on will be uncovered for example for a shoulder massage only the upper back needs to be exposed. However, massage can be performed through light clothing such as a T-shirt if that is preferable. Simply mention it when you book and we will be able to advise.

Do you do gift vouchers, so that I can give my friend a lovely treat?
Gift vouchers are available for all therapies or you can treat someone to 30, 45, or 60 minutes and let them choose their own treatment.

I notice that the Therapeutic Massage Clinic trains therapists; would students be present during my treatment?
No, students would not be present during treatments in the clinic but opportunities sometimes occur for you to volunteer to let students work with you. If this was the case no charge would be made.

Do you ever do home visits?
Sorry, I am unable to provide home visits.
