With its origins in traditional Swedish massage, Therapeutic Massage uses deep tissue remedial techniques to help break down painful adhesions in muscle tissue aiming to ease tension, free tight muscles and eliminate waste and fatigue.
Your massage therapist will have a variety of massage techniques to call upon dependant on your needs. Following a full consultation to listen to your reason for seeking massage clinical reasoning is applied. This discussion leads to an individual treatment plan completely bespoke to each session. Treatments will be reviewed and adapted as requirements change gauged on your feedback and the feel of the tissues as they relax.

It is also deeply relaxing and effective in releasing stored tension common to the neck and shoulders.
